His background includes working closely with micro and small business owners, providing guidance on business planning, financial management, and access to financing.
Eamon is particularly passionate about empowering entrepreneurs through training, mentorship, and practical business support. He has played a key role in helping clients strengthen their ideas, improve financial literacy, and access loan guarantee programmes to bring their businesses to life and scale sustainably.
His experience in stakeholder engagement and capacity building has also seen him lead entrepreneurship training in areas such as branding, financial literacy, and business development. Through collaboration with national and regional partners, Eamon has contributed to initiatives that promote sustainable business growth and youth entrepreneurship across Dominica.
